So when I tell you you are pure light, think about it before you speak, and tell me what that actually means. Anybody. Consciousness. So, Consciousness is light? Yes. Hummm. So how does the brain perceive Consciousness? Through light, or is this a new thing? Like the projection on a movie screen. Aren’t you clever.

The brain has never been exposed to light; it doesn’t know what light is. You see with the visual cortex. Are we seeing light with our brain or our third eye? We’re seeing with our third eye. The reality is, are you beginning to tap into different layers and fields of energy? Yes. But you’re also beginning to see the light.

Silence is the entire journey for the next year. It doesn’t mean you can’t communicate or laugh. Silence and its layers are how you really, truly, make the connection with your inner self.

There are two things that are happening: the world is going pretty crazy. I mean, look at what’s happening. You’ve got a billionaire who wants to run for the president of the United States. Apparently he needs a desperate haircut. Imagine if this is the best that the United States of America could do! Seriously! If he is the truest representation, if this is what comes to the surface, RUN! You are in deep, deep, deep, deep shit! The other thing that’s happening is that there’s a silence. When you sit in silence, you’re moving in and out.

The frontal lobe is actually meant to be very cool. But when it gets very hot, it gets very repetitive. We are literally meant to move in and out and in and out of energy fields, patterns, Consciousness. The frontal lobe was designed to keep the name of God continuously repeating: Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, I bow to God, I am God, I’m divine, I’m love, I’m beautiful, I’m Shiva, I’m Ganesh, I am Lord Buddha. The frontal lobe is designed to bring a wave, a pattern, that moves in - sometimes large, sometimes small, sometimes a stream, sometimes a drop. But the frontal lobe is meant to deal with energy that keeps us connected to the universe.

Silence is the natural state of the inner Self where infinite Consciousness resides. It is found in the abode of the heart. Silence is not an emotional or mental concept, not a belief or a reaction, not about doing—but being. This retreat is all about feeling and being.

When we control our mind into silence, we create an empty space. This is where most people get stuck and the ego creates havoc and mental chatter. Silence is full and alive, not empty. Emotional silence is filled with chaos; heart silence is filled with presence and Consciousness. The majority of people are stuck in their meditations—even though they have moved closer to heart silence, they are still on the peripheral edge.

The frontal lobe was designed to keep us constantly connected into the universe. This lobe and the heart have an extraordinary connection. The frontal lobe is designed to create repetition. The frontal lobe says: I’m going to worry, so we worry and we worry and the frontal lobe creates this. But instead, the frontal lobe is actually there to experience: I’m one with the universe, I’m one with the universe, I’m the universe, I’m the universe, I am God, I’m divine, I’m whole, I’m well. The frontal lobe was designed to create repetition between us and the universe.
