How do you believe that you have changed from your ego identity? How we saw the ego 10 years ago was that we needed to get rid of it, but that would be utterly ridiculous because you need to understand you’re God and you can’t really understand you’re fully God without the opposite side of the ego. The lower ranges of the ego are very narcissistic, they need to be in control, need to run on the adrenaline of your emotions, and make us very addicted.

You’ve all evolved. Instead of saying: I need to kill that part of myself, to: well I’m not being very attractive right now, I wonder why? You’re looking at the ego, the personality, and the characteristics more as a guideline of wondering hummm, what’s that all about? I am being quite aggressive, I feel wounded, abandoned, I’m stuck in my own little story. We understand now that these are landmarks that tell us: hey, pay attention, something is going on!

The kundalini is going through a change that is really interesting for me (Dr. Williams) to watch. The kundalini is changing and growing - it’s actually shifting. When I see Guru’s, they begin to go through another awakening that the kundalini goes through, which we call crystallization. We become crystal light, crystal energy. Sounds crazy. It just means you become light. As that begins to pour into your life, you might not like everything you have previously worked for and liked and loved. There are people who work toward these really big, big, big, big houses and then they wake up and go: oh, god! I don’t want this. Because as we begin to crystalize, we begin to really follow the virtues and needs of the spiritual heart instead of the personality that created it all.

The frontal lobe is actually meant to be very cool. But when it gets very hot, it gets very repetitive. We are literally meant to move in and out and in and out of energy fields, patterns, Consciousness. The frontal lobe was designed to keep the name of God continuously repeating: Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, I bow to God, I am God, I’m divine, I’m love, I’m beautiful, I’m Shiva, I’m Ganesh, I am Lord Buddha. The frontal lobe is designed to bring a wave, a pattern, that moves in - sometimes large, sometimes small, sometimes a stream, sometimes a drop. But the frontal lobe is meant to deal with energy that keeps us connected to the universe.

Could the ego exist with you becoming fully self-realized? The answer is yes. How do you do that?

There are 2 simultaneous, parallel, existences that are happening. There’s your relationship with me, your relationships with everybody you know, and every incarnation you’ve ever had. Imagine there are two highways that are running parallel going in the same direction. On this highway you and I worry, you and I are engaged, you have karma with everybody from all your previous incarnations. On this highway, which is right beside it, I don’t have a clue what’s going to happen next, there is no answer, but the only thing I feel is wellness. It has no interpretation, no language, no direction, just a complete path of unknowingness and vulnerability.

The frontal lobe was designed to keep us constantly connected into the universe. This lobe and the heart have an extraordinary connection. The frontal lobe is designed to create repetition. The frontal lobe says: I’m going to worry, so we worry and we worry and the frontal lobe creates this. But instead, the frontal lobe is actually there to experience: I’m one with the universe, I’m one with the universe, I’m the universe, I’m the universe, I am God, I’m divine, I’m whole, I’m well. The frontal lobe was designed to create repetition between us and the universe.
